Daily Site Report - Tower B, 14 Mar. Crew of 9 on levels 3-5. Formwork stripped on level 4. Scaffold erected on the north face to 8m. The guardrail on the east run of the level-4 platform was removed yesterday to move materials and has not been reinstalled; the open edge is roughly 12m long. Crew continued working from that platform all shift. Two labourers were observed on the scaffold without hard hats during the afternoon pour. Concrete pour on level 3 completed at 15:40. Weather dry. Delivery of rebar arrived 11:00, offloaded by crane without incident.
