Daily Site Report - Tower B - Sept 9 Weather: clear, 34C. Crew of 14 on site. Scaffold erection on level 3 completed by noon. Toprail installed at roughly 30 inches above the platform to speed up access. Two workers were observed working on the level 4 platform, about 15 feet up, without guardrails while the fall arrest harnesses were still in the storage container. Concrete pour for column C-12 completed. Materials delivery delayed 2 hours. No incidents reported.
